The first novelette I shared early this year, City Lady Country Killer, will be moved to “Archived” at the end of July. (It seems so soon…) This means that if you are a free subscriber, you’ll lose access to this piece. Make sure to read it up before then, if you’re looking for a quick, easy-to-digest thriller.
If you are a paid subscriber, you will, as always, have access to everything I’ve ever posted on here (for better or worse ;-)).
I think the standard 6-month Archival system that is put in place by Substack has some good value. You don’t want to hang your hat on anything much older than that. New stuff will continue to come out every Saturday. If you haven’t checked out my newest serialized fiction series, When Moonlight Falls, be sure to check it out!
I’ll leave a sample of both below!
Feel free to subscribe so you don’t miss a release.
Intro
The weather vane screamed, twisting in the summer wind. Beneath it was a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living area, and me, holding a glass of whiskeyed ice.
